Contact Lens Ordering Guidelines
If you are a patient at EyeCare Associates and would like to order contacts online, please fill out the order form and we will verify that your prescription is current.
Please read through the information below before placing your contact lens order.
Multiple Box Purchases: Please remember when you purchase 4 or more boxes of most types of contacts from EyeCare Associates you will receive three to four dollars off per box.
Rebates: There are also rebates available from the contact lens companies depending on the brand of contacts and the number of boxes purchased. If you qualify for a rebate, we will include a rebate form with your contacts.
Insurance: If you have Vision Service Plan, we may be able to apply the cost of your contact lenses to your insurance and therefore may have to call you for verification. If you have Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Nebraska you will receive 17.5% off of your contact lenses.
Specialty Contact Lenses: Certain types of contact lenses, such as gas permeable contact lenses, may require you to call the office to order.
Glasses Discount: If you purchase your contact lenses from EyeCare Associates, you may qualify for 20% off of your spectacle purchase, depending on your insurance.
